I find Kate to be a highly competent and clever professional with an impressive knowledge of her field. Initially, I approached Kate in order to lose weight, reduce inflammation (I’ve got Hashimoto’s) lower blood pressure, manage acid reflux and for general improvements in my physical & mental well being. Kate is quick to grasp my concerns and her explanations and response to my questions are clear and she’s only too ready to clarify if necessary. I have lost weight (pretty impressive for someone who uses a wheelchair!) my blood pressure has significantly decreased, she has suggested using a neuromuscular device to help manage the reflux and I’m awaiting blood test results for my thyroid.

Kate’s attention to detail was amazing and I really felt heard. She was very thorough, sending easy to understand PDF’s explaining what was going on with my gut and carefully covering lots of ground to aid and support me. Being vegan and gluten-free did present a challenge with the exclusion diet but Kate provided recipes to help and totally supported me with supplements and advice.
Kate aided me through a three months exclusion/ reintroduction plan that helped me understand where the triggers were and ultimately resolve my issues.
