It’s that time of year…
I had lots of ideas I wanted to share with you, but as I'm man-down at the moment with a horrible cough and chills, I thought, what better time to let you in on some of the remedies I've been using to get me through? I'm hoping you'll have a wonderfully healthy Christmas, but if you should get ill, there's a few things you can try:
Ditch the Cereal
Cereals and toast are no-brainers for convenience, but they are both high in carbohydrates (and not much else). As a result, they can play havoc with your blood sugar, leaving you hungry and lacking energy by mid-morning.
